• Schedule interviews using Google Calendar integration

• Store and organize interview-related documents

3. User Accounts

To use TalentStack, you must create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration
• Maintain and promptly update your account information
• Keep your password secure and confidential
• Be responsible for all activities under your account
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access to your account

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
• Upload malicious code, viruses, or any harmful content
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers
• Collect or harvest information about other users
• Impersonate any person or entity

5. Content and Data

Your Content: You retain ownership of all content you upload to TalentStack, including interview recordings, transcriptions, and documents. By uploading content, you grant us a license to store, process, and display it as necessary to provide the Service.

Consent: You are responsible for obtaining proper consent from all interview participants before recording or storing their information on our platform. You must comply with all applicable laws regarding recording, data protection, and privacy.

Data Backup: While we implement backup procedures, you are responsible for maintaining your own backups of critical data.

6. Google Services Integration

TalentStack integrates with Google services (Calendar, OAuth) to provide scheduling features. By connecting your Google account:

• You authorize TalentStack to access your Google Calendar for creating and managing interview meetings
• You agree to Google's Terms of Service and Privacy Policy
• You can revoke access at any time through your Google Account settings
• We will only use your Google data as described in our Privacy Policy

7. AI-Generated Content

TalentStack uses artificial intelligence to transcribe interviews and generate feedback. You acknowledge that:

• AI-generated transcriptions may contain errors or inaccuracies
• AI feedback is provided as a tool to assist decision-making, not as a definitive assessment
• Final hiring decisions should be made by qualified human personnel
• You should review and verify AI-generated content before relying on it

8. Payment and Fees

If applicable, you agree to pay all fees associated with your use of the Service. Fees are subject to change with notice. Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination of your account.

9. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its design, features, and functionality, is owned by TalentStack and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse engineer any part of the Service without our written permission.

10. Service Availability

We strive to provide reliable service but do not guarantee that the Service will be:

• Always available or uninterrupted
• Error-free or secure from unauthorized access
• Free from viruses or harmful components

You agree to indemnify and hold TalentStack harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Service, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any rights of others.

13. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice, if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately.

You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us. Upon account closure, we will delete or anonymize your data according to our Privacy Policy and applicable laws.

14. Privacy
